Tucker Max once said about being a successful writer, "The important thing isn't being a good writer, it's having a voice." He is one of my favorite blogger/writers. He's also kind of an asshole.
Brynn, you have a distinct voice that chimes loudly throughout your blog, regardless of how small the post, or how insignificant you may find the topic. That's rare.
Stick with it and most important keep having fun with it. There's no correlation between frequency and quality. Just post your passion. Write when inspiration strikes. Let your insomnia work for you. The serenity of night is a great time for reflection.
